Our History

Launched in 2012, locally owned CorpClean began as a commercial cleaning company. Josie Latford joined the family business in 2018 and, as its second-generation owner, expanded CorpClean to include complete facility management and maintenance services. Josie’s husband, Josh, came on board in 2021. The company continues to grow while exploring new ways to increase a building’s value and lengthen its lifespan.

When it comes to measuring quality, we begin with a very high bar.

At CorpClean, we like to say that excellence is our minimum standard. So we design our processes to meet that expectation. And then, we use metrics and inspection software to ensure that we deliver superior service consistently.
